Hakimo is a technology company whose mission is to modernize enterprise physical security by using artificial intelligence and modern software. The company’s platform makes Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs) more efficient by automating repetitive manual tasks such as alarm response and video monitoring. Hakimo has been deployed at multiple well-known enterprises including tech companies, pharma companies, and government organizations, and has processed more than half a million events so far.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales process from the introductory call to pilot to closing to full deployment
- Understand the product and show demos that are customized to the value propositions relevant for a particular customer
- Empathize with customer needs and problems and position Hakimo as the solution to them, wherever possible
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and customers
- Navigate complex enterprise sales processes, including procurement, legal, infosec, etc. with the help of legal and engineering teams at Hakimo
- Communicate and coordinate with product, marketing, and engineering teams on customer requests, live demos, etc.
- Set up pilots and pilot success criteria, working closely with sales engineers
- Maintain and update the CRM diligently
- Work with SDRs/BDRs to improve the messaging used for prospecting and to provide constructive feedback on meetings that were scheduled
Requirements:
- Consistent history of beating quotas in B2B sales
- 3+ years in a direct, quota-carrying role selling to enterprises. It could be at a physical security company (manufacturer or integrator), or an enterprise SaaS company (cybersecurity companies preferred).
- Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Evidence of exceptional achievement in fields that require discipline and hard work (such as athletics) will be a great plus.
